To get your free ID card design:

1. Set up your InstantCard account

You may set up you account for free by clicking here. Once your account is set up, you will be prompted to fund your account.

2. Fund your account

This is not a set up fee—all funds will be used to order ID cards online. But, we require that you fund your account before we get started on your free employee ID badge template. We use a declining balance system of accounting to simplify the ordering process. Find out more about our accounting system by watching the following video:

3. Fill out our design form

Once you have funded your account, you will be prompted to fill out a design form. Here you will indicate what fields and options you will need on your ID card template. If you are unsure about what you need, you can contact us and speak to a representative at any time. We value straight talk regarding your employee ID badges design—we don’t want you to get anything which you do not need.
