Embedded content and the chat assistant
The Trustpilot review widget and YouTube thumbnails may set or read their own cookies. The website chat assistant runs in a panel served from chat.instantcard.net and uses the session cookie and browser storage listed under “Strictly necessary and security” above.

The website chat assistant’s cookie and browser storage
The assistant’s __Host-sa cookie is secure and HttpOnly. It keeps your chat session together and ends with the chat, after 2 hours at most. On instantcard.net, ic_sa_arm uses local storage for up to 30 days to remember whether to show the assistant. The ic_sa_open_v1 and ic_sa_prefill_v1 browser storage entries last up to 30 minutes, and ic_sa_assisted uses session storage. No conversation text is kept in browser storage.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser to keep automated traffic out and may use cookies or similar storage for that check. Cloudflare processes technical information under its own privacy policy and Turnstile privacy addendum. If you ask for a person, Zoho SalesIQ may set its own cookies to run live chat. We record anonymous chat events in Google Analytics, never what you typed. The chat conversation is not used for advertising. How to control cookies
The site does not currently have a cookie consent manager. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can break the chat, forms or sign-in.
