We developed our Individual Card Ordering system (ICO) to make it easy to integrate ID card ordering into any site. You don’t need to be a developer to use it, either. We provide you with a small bit of code that will allow you to use it anywhere.

You can have the cost of each card charged directly to whomever is ordering it. Or, you can have the cost of the ID directly deducted from your InstantCard Account.

This makes it easier than ever to distribute membership cards, or to monetize custom ID badges without ever having your customers leave your site.

We have integrated several options that will help you customize the system to match your needs and your site’s styling.

Monetize ID Card Ordering

Easily set up ICO to charge whoever is ordering the card.

As opposed to our standard declining balance system for regular clients, ICO users can elect to have credit card payment integrated into the ICO. That means that users pay for cards directly, sparing you any overhead or needing to fund your account in anticipation.

Just let us know how much you want to sell the cards for, we’ll take care of the rest. You will get a check from InstantCard for the difference. This way you can monetize specialty ID badges, novelty Cards, and even membership cards.

Presentation is everything

We’ll send confirmation emails for all orders. We will even include a custom letter from your organization, with your branding, with every card order. What’s more, with ICO, visitors never leave your site to order. So, you get all of the glory and we do all of the heavy lifting.

Using Our ICO makes it incredibly easy to have members of your organization order cards without ever leaving your site. We will design a professional template for FREE. Then, their information will be automatically entered into the ID badge template via our system. This means you can distribute ID cards with absolutely no hassle on your end.

Pay how you’d like

You can easily set up the ICO to either deduct from your company’s account, or to pass the charges to the member. This way, if Membership cards are already included in the service they paid for, you can have them order it without ever entering credit card details.

Technical Support Services

We provide you with the code you need to implement our Individual Card Ordering into any site. We’ll configure the styling options to best match your site’s colors and branding. Very little code is needed to get started, and implementing it is as easy as “copy & paste.” Your visitors should be able to start ordering ID badges from your site the same day that we send you the code!

What if I need more functionality than the ICO offers?

If it’s a simple request, let us know and we will try and add it to the ICO library. Our goal is to make an ID card ordering system that works for you. So, we are happy to implement new feature that we believe would be beneficial for clients.

For features highly specific to your own company, we offer a robust application program interface (API), to allow you to develop your own applications. Unlike the ICO, using our API requires coding knowledge. If you don’t have an in-house development team, and you don’t know where to start, feel free to contact us.
