Press Badges during COVID-19

I was speaking to a good friend the other day. Naturally, I asked him how he’s coping with the Coronavirus pandemic in his state of California. I hadn’t really thought about the fact that he works as an editor for a news program out in LA. He told me that he was, in fact an essential worker, and was making daily trips into the office to do his work. In times like these, the media and press are important to keep us all informed. And, of course, we want them to be able to stay as safe as possible while doing that. In addition to other essential employee ID badges, we’ve seen an increase in requests for press passes and media ID badges during the COVID-19 pandemic. I told my old friend exactly that. He wasn’t surprised—apparently he never had an ID for any show he worked on prior to COVID.

Press Pass Templates

As with all of our clients, we will design your press badge template for free. So, even if you’re not sure what you need, we’ll make sure you provide all of your essential employees, photographers, and media personnel ID cards  that clearly mark them as essential.

If you’re already a client of ours, but would like to temporarily modify your media ID template to mark more clearly that it’s for an essential worker during COVID-19, please contact us, and we will make a special template that you can use until this is all over.

We will not only do our best to get you your media badge template ASAP, but will will print and ship all orders same-day (so long as they’re placed before 4PM EST).

Press Photographers and Journalists

Additionally, we can set up drop shipping to have photographer press passes and journalists’ IDs sent directly to their home addresses, so they don’t have to go to the office to retrieve them. You may elect to have them order their badges directly through your own website, or by using our system.
