In your InstantCard account, choose “Work with an AI assistant to make a full template.” The builder asks four short sets of questions:
- Portrait or landscape, the slot punch for a lanyard or clip, and whether you want a design on the back.
- Your logo. You can skip this if you don’t have one yet.
- Your colors, taken from your logo or chosen by you.
- The organization name to print, what the card is for, the details that change for each person, and any exact wording you need.
The AI then designs the front and the back, checks that your logo and fields are in place, and saves the template as a draft. Nothing prints until you approve it.
