What if I don’t use my full prefund balance?David Allen2026-10-16T12:56:52-04:00

What if I don’t use my full prefund balance?

Your prefund is a balance, not a card quota. Any unused amount stays in your account and applies to future orders. Funds never expire for printing; a balance is refunded on written request less the $75 fee, except for accounts inactive for 6 months.

Can I upgrade my tier later?

Yes. If your deposits within one calendar year reach a higher plan’s funding amount, then email [email protected] to request the upgrade. Your account then moves to that plan’s per-card price.
