InstantCard has now added the ability for you to export all your personnel data, including ID photographs, for creation of your own, up-to-date corporate directory. This data can then be published or posted online as part of your internal and external communications strategy. HR Departments don’t have to manage separate data bases, allowing the critical Photo ID Card program to do double-duty as a source for your staff directory.
Now everyone will be able to easily find the colleague or associate they are looking for, and see their picture right next to their name and title. The data is available in a form which can be customized to meet each indivdual company’s unique needs and requirements.
